Y2K-Breakthrough Home Page (pre-9/99)

Let's use the Year 2000 problem (Y2K) to make a better world, moving beyond business-as-usual to resilient, sustainable communities; social change; and personal and cultural transformation.

NOTE: This page has been formally retired, but can still be used.
It links to much valuable data, some of which is no longer up-to-date.
For current and timeless information, see the

Y2K/co-intelligence site update and mailing list services

{If you would like to be informed when something has been added to the site, please send your email address to cii@igc.org with the words "Site Update" in the Subject line. We'll let you know when you should come and check us out again. We will not sell or give away your email address to anyone else.

You can also get on our Y2K e-mailing list to see certain Y2K items before they get on the site -- and others that never get on the site -- by sending us your email address with the words "Y2K Mailing List" in the Subject line. Message load is usually 2-20 items a week.} NOTE: This service is being seriously cut back (but not cancelled) as of Sept 15, 1999, and will now contain less Y2K information and more co-intelligence information. If you are mainly interested in Y2K, I strongly recommend you subscribe to my own main sources of Y2K information.

Have a neighbor or a friend who doesn't understand Y2K and isn't on line?
Have them call 1 (800) 2000 BUG for free printed information on the problem.
This is not our service, but is the effort of a volunteer individual trying to help folks out.
